The roastery tour at moxxa.caffè in Carlswerk takes you behind the scenes of the coffee factory in Cologne-Mülheim. The focus is on the journey of green coffee, the roasting of specialty coffees, and various brewing methods—from filter coffee to cappuccino. The roasting team provides concrete insights into the artisanal processes, rather than viewing coffee merely as a finished product. Visitors can look over the master roasters’ shoulders and learn details about cultivation, processing, and preparation. The tour concludes with a specialty coffee of your choice, accompanied by a slice of homemade cake—also available in a vegan option.
