Culinary scavenger hunt

The culinary scavenger hunt leads through Cologne on four dates in 2026 and opens up a view of local places of enjoyment spread across different districts. Within seven hours, a freely customizable route will be created that includes up to twelve establishments - small restaurants, cafés or delicatessens, each offering a tasting specially developed for the tour. Participation enables self-determined access to culinary concepts that are often created outside the mainstream and reveal regional signatures. Three regular tours and a Vegan & Vegetarian Edition open up different approaches: While the classic dates convey a broad spectrum of flavor profiles, the plant-based version focuses on contemporary gastronomy, in which vegan and vegetarian interpretations stand side by side on an equal footing. Tickets are available in advance and form the basis for an independent exploration tour during which visitors can decipher Cologne's culinary delights at their own pace.
