Design Season Cologne
From October 26 to 31, 2026, Design Season Cologne will celebrate its premiere, transforming Cologne into a stage for contemporary design for six days. Over 140 brands, international designers, studios, showrooms, and creative companies will present the latest trends in furniture, product, and interior design at various locations throughout the city.
Running parallel to ORGATEC and in conjunction with idd cologne, a citywide program of exhibitions, brand presentations, talks, installations, and other event formats will take place. This way, you can experience design not just in one place, but move through different districts and locations to rediscover Cologne from a creative perspective.
Highlights include the Designers Tower at the Weißhaus-Wasserschloss, CircBuild in Ehrenfeld, the machwerkschau at the machwerkhaus köln, the new LAUFEN flagship store at the Rheinauhafen, the QUEER MADE exhibition, and the Design Post Köln Deutz.
Design Season Cologne is aimed at an international professional audience as well as anyone interested in design, spaces, materials, and new ideas. Whether you work in design or are simply curious, the festival invites you to discover Cologne’s design scene at over 20 locations.
