Beach bar with an unbeatable Cologne backdrop

The new beach section on the Deutzer Ufer is created seasonally and forms a temporary place that combines an urban backdrop with summery lightness. More than a thousand tons of fine-grained sand create a precisely composed beach landscape with sun loungers, wide beach beds and wooden walkways. The panorama over the Rhine with a view of the old town acts as a calm counterpoint to the deliberately designed elements of the beach club.

Between palm trees, parasols and lounge furniture, a setting unfolds that is designed for moments of relaxation. Cool drinks and small dishes complement the offer without overloading the place. The change between daylight and evening hours is particularly impressive, when the light is reflected in the water and the city skyline gradually emerges.
