When interactive theater and escape rooms come together, the result is a real adventure! Hidden away in the Agency for Time Travel, Quantum Magic, and Adventure—right in the heart of Cologne’s Südstadt—is a magical school featuring various productions.

In the Magic Library, you’ll take an exam to become a magician; in the Principal’s Office, you’ll neutralize a magical artifact with the help of a magical creature; and in the Magic Archives, you can choose between three levels—from magically spooky to horror escape theater with two actors—tailoring the adventure precisely to your group.

What makes it special: the interaction with actors and puppeteers, which makes every experience unique and draws you deep into the interactive adventure, as well as the various set pieces within the room.

All scripts were written by Magnus Myst, and all rooms are one-of-a-kind in Germany. The experience lasts about 90 minutes, including the introduction and conclusion. The minimum age is 11; for the spooky versions, it’s 16 and up. How about a playful kids’ version? Are you planning a family outing? Or is “spooky” just not spooky enough?
