FIRE&FOOD BBQ WEEK

From September 5th to 7th, 2025, the FIRE&FOOD BBQ WEEK will take place at the Motorworld venue in Cologne. Friday (09/05/2025) is reserved as Dealer’s Day, open exclusively to trade professionals from the grilling industry. On Saturday and Sunday (09/06 – 09/07/2025), all interested BBQ enthusiasts have the opportunity to explore the latest BBQ trends and meet the innovators behind them at the fair. Exhibitors include both small and major brands covering grilling, barbecue, and outdoor cooking. Product demonstrations, competitions, and shows, such as barbecue courses for kids with the Grillninjas, ensure exciting entertainment.

The highlights of the FIRE&FOOD BBQ WEEK include BBQ masterclasses with renowned grill experts. Pitmasters Klaus Breinig, Giuseppe Messina, and Heiko Antoniewicz, as well as meat sommelier Michael Keller, will share their expertise in two-hour gourmet courses during the weekend. Masterclass tickets are limited to 25 participants per session.

The stars and celebrities of the grilling scene, along with the best grilling brands in the world, will gather for the BBQ Night on Saturday evening (09/07/2025). A limited number of tickets allows visitors to attend this exclusive event and network with the industry’s leading figures in a relaxed atmosphere. Culinary delights for the evening will be provided by famous grill masters, while the Austrian blues-punk duo DeadBeatz will deliver an accompanying energetic soundtrack.
