The Indie Cologne Fest is entering its twelfth round and invites you to the cozy Club Subway in Cologne on 3 and 4 December 2025. After a postponement due to the weather, the festival will now take place on two evenings to present the full spectrum of indie sounds. From post-punk to indie hip-hop, from singer/songwriters and electronic sounds to dreampop and psychedelic - the line-up promises a variety of musical adventures.
The Cologne post-punk duo Fovos Alif will kick things off on December 3, impressing with their minimalist setup and powerful sound. Freda, who impresses with melancholy pop sounds and uninhibited honesty, will also be at the start. On this evening, Stefanie Schrank will present her new album "Forma", which captures the spirit of Krautrock and reinterprets it in electronic pop. On the second evening, the energetic indie band Flora Chroma will drive the audience onto the dance floor with guitar-heavy tracks from 'Elliptical Patterns'. Shopping Venture provide a breath of fresh air with their unmistakable indie rock and punky touch, while Wolkn sets new accents with queer-underground indie hip-hop.
