TAGTRAUM FESTIVAL

For one day, an independent world of experience will be created on the Südbrücke bridge, offering families a deliberately designed alternative to the usual rhythm of events. On July 11, 2026, the TAGTRAUM FESTIVAL will open its doors and invite visitors to experience urban space in a new way. The curated design focuses on shared activities and sensory experiences: Between 12:00 and 16:30, different areas will unfold, focusing on trying things out, creating and discovering. Spontaneous sound spaces are created on the sound meadow, while the creative workshop encourages analog work with colors and shapes. The Wundermanege provides initial circus education experiences, and the Flüsterdeck opens up a retreat for stories and quiet music. The stage also offers a program with bands such as Pelemele and Planschemalöör, which takes up intergenerational musical approaches. At 4:30 pm, the closing concert by Cologne band Cat Ballou brings visitors of all ages together once again and marks a collective end to the day
