The play "TERRORIST*INNEN" poses the question of the conditions under which people slip into extremist spheres of activity, thereby shedding light on a field of tension that is often presented in an abbreviated form in public discourse. The collectively developed project by the ensemble "1000 & 1 Kollektiv" combines documentary research with fictional fragments and reflects the complexity of political attributions. The focus is on biographies whose perception has been shaped by the media, state institutions and social narratives. The production opens up a space in which ambivalences are not resolved but made visible: structural inequalities, questions of representation and the mechanisms of attributing guilt and responsibility. Visitors experience a format that deliberately alternates between performative theater, analytical observation and poetic insertions, thus renegotiating the question of agency, morality and social context. The proximity to the audience and the collective working process create a space of experience that offers food for thought rather than answers and enables the contemplation of radicalism beyond simple dichotomies.
