"Through the alleyways..."

Guided tour/tour
In Cologne's old town, just a few steps from the cathedral, you will find the Martinsviertel: the heart of Cologne between the Rhine and the town hall. The small, often very busy alleyways and the quiet little squares have their very own stories and our city guide knows how to tell them. And many an anecdote to boot. Cologne songs also provide the right soundtrack here and there: "Em Martinsveedel öm St. Martin es Kölle wie em Märche schön...". (In the Martinsviertel district around St. Martin's Church, Cologne is beautiful like something out of a fairy tale.)

Jan von Werth monument in Cologne in front of the impressive façade of a historic building. The statue of the horseman is richly detailed and stands out against the background.
