Since 2021, Leon Hofmockel—former sous-chef of Sven Elverfeld—has taken on the role of head chef and, together with his much-praised team, serves you a seasonally oriented tasting menu full of fine contrasts, culinary surprises, and sophisticated creations. For Hofmockel, high-quality basic products are always crucial. With the right beverage accompaniment, you complete your culinary experience.
