In the works of the Low Bros, ambivalent motifs and themes come together without repelling each other. On the contrary, they flow into one another, blur, mix and dissolve into one another. The forms of the intensely coloured animal motifs defragment on their way into a humanoid form and remain frozen in a seemingly digital variant. The viewer seems to be looking at a partial process within a transformative process.
The Low Bros brothers from Berlin have their origins in the graffiti scene. Their art is now not only part of various urban landscapes, but is also represented in various exhibitions and galleries. An indicator that their urban-young style is attracting recognition and interest beyond the street art scene.
