Magnus Zimmermann, grandson of the founder, took over the bakery and continued the traditional customs. Supported by his wife Christa, they preserved the integrity of the craft by ignoring modern baking trends and avoiding artificial additives. Today, Markus and Andreas Zimmermann are the fifth generation to run the business. The mixture of historical knowledge and modern standards makes the bakery a valued place of enjoyment.
